*** All DVD Copies were made with blank Verbatim Digital Movie DVD-R media (Recommended). See our article on "What is the Best Quality DVD Media?"
Test Platform We downloaded, installed, and tested ImTOO DVD Copy Express to run on two test computers. One computer was "Home-Brewed" with an Athlon AMD 64 X2 4800 Dual-Core processor running at 2.4GHz, 1GB of memory, 100GB hard drive, and a Sony DRU-510A DVD/RW drive 32X (CD) and 12X (DVD). The other computer, a Gateway E06500D, with an Intel Pentium (R) running at 3GHz, 1GB of memory, 100GB hard drive, and a Plextor PX-708A DVD/RW drive (40X (CD) and 12X (DVD).
Installation & Test Results The installation was flawless on both test computers. The original DVD movie was "Firewall" (2006) starring Harrison Ford and Paul Bettany. The movie runtime was 110 minutes and the original DVD was a DVD-9. The target blank DVD was a DVD-5. Upon inserting the original DVD movie and pressing the "Start" button, 11 minutes lapsed until we were prompted to insert blank DVD media. The DVD movie burning process was less than 10 minutes. We then inserted the copied DVD Movie Only. The copy quality was near that of the original since we were copying from a DVD-9 to a DVD-5 which involved some compression. Whenever there is compression there will be video and audio loss. Yet, the final copy was very good and played well in our DVD player. We copied the The same process was perform on our second test computer and it took 11 minutes to copy the movie and approximately 11 minutes to burn the movie to DVD.

Pros
ImTOO DVD Copy Express was by far the easiest DVD Copy application to be tested. Simply insert the original and click either "Full Disc" or "Main Movie." No third-party decrypter needed.
Cons
No extensive feature set: not necessarily a con.
Quality of Copy
The final copy was very good. We performed a 1:1 copy and it was and exact replica.
Customer/Technical Support
We Emailed ImTOO Software during normal working hours just to see how quickly they would respond. Within an hour, a response was received. Their website has an excellent customer support system in place as well as an excellent forum.
Final Comments
ImTOO DVD Copy Express was surprisingly easy to use. It was designed for "ease of use." No learn curve required here. Installation was quick and the DVD Copying process was seamless. The application was extremely fast and copied a DVD-9 to a DVD-5 disc in less than 25 minutes. The only downside we observed was the feature set. This was not necessarily a bad thing depending on what you are looking for in a DVD Copy application. The final copy was a near DVD Quality. Other than that, no complaints here
